Kami no Ebi, 神の海老
The Japanese only call it "god-like" if it's really special. Taste it and you'll see the difference!
Grown in 4-5% salinity seawater (normal is 2-3%) and processed live, the umami is 1.5x of other prawns, and the texture is crunchy. Beats even chilled ang kar prawns and live tiger prawns at a blind tasting!
